How early should we engage an IT company for a new office setup?
Ideally at the same time you sign your tenancy agreement, or as soon as your fit-out contractor is confirmed. Cabling and conduit work must happen before false ceilings and partition walls are closed. Engaging us early means IT runs in parallel with the fit-out rather than after it, saving you two to four weeks of delay.
How long does a typical new office IT setup take in Abu Dhabi?
A standard office of 10 to 30 people typically takes 3 to 7 working days for the full infrastructure and device setup phase, assuming the space is ready. Larger offices or those requiring server room builds, fibre runs, or complex VLAN designs may take 10 to 15 days. We give you a project timeline with every fixed-price proposal.
Do you supply hardware or just install what we procure?
Both. We can supply and install everything, or install hardware you have already purchased. Our preferred approach is full supply since we can guarantee compatibility, warranty terms, and lead times. We are authorised resellers for Dell, Lenovo, HPE, Fortinet, and Microsoft, so pricing is competitive and all kit comes with UAE warranty.
Can you help us choose between on-premise servers and full cloud?
Yes, and this is one of the most valuable conversations to have early. For most UAE SMEs and startups, a cloud-first approach using Microsoft 365 and Azure is more cost-effective and simpler to maintain than on-premise servers. We assess your workloads, compliance requirements, and headcount, then give you an honest recommendation with cost comparisons in AED.
Do you coordinate with our fit-out contractor and landlord?
Yes. We regularly work alongside fit-out teams to ensure conduit is laid, floor boxes are positioned correctly, and server room MEP requirements are met before any walls or ceilings are sealed. We also liaise directly with your ISP to pre-activate internet lines and avoid the most common cause of day-one delays.
What internet connectivity options do you recommend for offices in Abu Dhabi?
For Abu Dhabi offices, Etisalat (e&) and du are the primary options. We recommend dedicated fibre business lines rather than shared broadband, along with a secondary failover connection on a different provider. For business-critical operations, SD-WAN setups with automatic failover are increasingly cost-effective and are included in our enterprise office packages.
Is Microsoft 365 setup included in the new office package?
Yes. Our standard setup includes Microsoft 365 tenant creation, domain verification, user licence assignment, email configuration, Teams setup, SharePoint site creation, and security baseline configuration. We are a Microsoft partner and can supply licences directly, or configure an existing tenant you already hold with another provider.
Can you provide ongoing IT support after the setup is complete?
Yes. Many of our new office clients transition to a monthly managed IT contract after handover. Because we built the environment, there is no onboarding period and no knowledge transfer cost. You get the same engineers who set everything up, now monitoring and supporting it on an ongoing fixed AED monthly fee.
