Do you provide on-site support in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah?
Yes. Our engineers are permanently based in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, not dispatched from remote hubs. Depending on your service tier, on-site SLAs range from 1 hour (enterprise critical) to 4 hours (standard), and all visits are included in your monthly AED contract at no additional charge.

Yes. We handle IT transitions regularly, including takeovers from in-house IT teams and replacements for previous MSP contracts. All contracts are fixed monthly fees denominated in AED – no per-ticket charges, no currency conversion surprises.
